Marek joined BDO in 2015. He specializes in transfer pricing, reorganization of business groups and M&A.
To his clients, Marek advises on setting the transfer pricing, prepares documentation for transfer pricing. Furthermore, Marek also assists clients with reorganization of their business groups, and also advises on various transactions for clients in collaboration with the M&A team. He also participated in several tax due diligences.
He supported e.g. Toyota, Triumph, Zásilkovna, GZ Media, Wacker Neuson with setting up transfer Pricing and transactions within the group.
Marek is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague, where he studied taxation and tax policy.
He is Certified Tax Adviser (KDP ČR).
He speaks English and Czech.
