Igor works at BDO Legal in the Czech Republic as a trainee lawyer. In his practice, he deals mainly with company law and real estate while also focusing on M&A projects and securities law.
He gained professional experience in several domestic and international law firms focusing on German-speaking clients. He worked in the law firms Noerr, Giese & Partner and Rentsch Legal. Thanks to a one-year study stay at the University of Hamburg, he gained valuable foreign experience in one of the local law firms. During his internship, he participated in a number of corporate and real estate transactions, preparation of legal inspections and various types of contractual documentation. He provided bond issues and also has extensive experience with AML issues.
Igor graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague.
He speaks Czech, English and German.
