Jiří is Tax Partner responsible mainly for corporate income taxation and cross border corporate structuring, and tax due diligence reviews.
He has more than 20 years of experience in providing tax advisory services. His experience covers all aspects of corporate taxation – from preparation and submission of corporate income tax returns to negotiations with financial offices and tax disputes. He has also participated in many tax due diligence and international tax structuring projects.
He is Certified Tax Adviser (KDP ČR). He speaks Czech, English and German.
