Vít worked two years in Tax Legislation Department at the Ministry of Finance where he focused on the preparation of tax legislation, indirect taxes and tax processes. Since 2015, he works as a Tax Adviser in our office in Brno.
His specialization is VAT and tax administration, where he combinates both legal and economic education. He also participates in the representation of clients in tax proceedings before the tax administrator. He also deals with the defense of the rights of tax subjects before the administrative courts, with the drawing up of administrative actions and with the handling of cassation complaints for the Supreme Administrative Court. As of 2022, he is also an attorney. Besides, in the rest of his free time he publishes professional articles for BDO clients as well as for professional public (např. na https://portal.pohoda.cz/). He also occasionally lectures on the issue of VAT and taxation at a public university in Brno, but also for private agencies.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and the Faculty of Economics of Masaryk University on Brno, specialization Business Economy. He is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
He speaks Czech and English.
