Tomáš has been working in BDO since 2013. For more than 15 years he has been providing international tax consulting. He focuses mainly on corporate income tax, international taxation, transaction consultancy including due diligence, investment incentives, and R&D deductions. He has experience in cross-border M&A transactions, including project management and coordination.
From 2004 to 2013, he worked for Deloitte in the Czech Republic and Japan. He graduated from the University of Economics, Prague in the field of corporate governance, management and business valuation.
He is a registered tax advisor, in 2016 - 2017 he participated in legal education for tax advisors.
