Štěpán is a partner at BDO Legal in the Czech Republic, focusing mainly on corporate law, M&A and real estate projects in which he has notable experience. He also assists clients in financing matters. Štěpán Kleček has over 14 years of experience which he gained at the law firms PRK Partners and Rentsch Legal in Prague and also during an internship at the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg. He then founded his own law firm and his whole team is now joining BDO Legal.
Štěpán graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University and the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics in Prague.
He is fluent in Czech and English.
