Michala has more than 11 years of experience in providing tax advisory services. She focuses mainly on corporate income tax, specializing in company transformations and international taxation.
From 2008 to 2012 she worked for Ernst & Young and and between 2012 and 2020 for PricewaterhouseCoopers Česká Republika, most recently as a manager, specializing in international taxation, mergers and holding structure taxation.
She is a Certified Tax Adviser.
She speaks Czech and English.
