Lenka has more than 15 years of experience in accounting and business process settings. She joined BDO after 10 years of experience in an international trading company, in which she gained extensive experience in financial management, business processes, accounting team management, accounting software implementation, reporting, and complete financial statements. Lenka is particularly interested in the "technical side of the company": she likes looking for ways to streamline business and accounting processes, using an appropriate accounting program, linking business systems, and using modern technology.
She is an IFRS Specialist and Accounting Expert (ICU) and a member of the Chamber of Certified Accountants. She speaks Czech and English.
