BDO Legal in the Czech Republic expands its legal team. Štěpán Kleček, an experienced attorney with international expertise, joins as partner.
Prague, September 2020 – BDO Legal in the Czech Republic expands its legal team. Štěpán Kleček, an experienced attorney with international expertise, joins as partner.
New BDO Legal Partner
Štěpán Kleček will focus mainly on corporate law, M&A and real estate projects in which he has notable experience. He also assists clients in financing matters. Štěpán Kleček has over 14 years of experience which he gained at the law firms PRK Partners and Rentsch Legal in Prague and also during an internship at the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg. He then founded his own law firm and his whole team is now joining BDO Legal. Štěpán graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University and the Faculty of International Relations of the University of Economics in Prague. He is fluent in Czech and English.
BDO Legal expands its team
Joining Štěpán Kleček, the legal team will be expanded by Pavlína Sabevová (Attorney), Igor Vondrášek (Junior Associate), Jakubs Krebs and Alžběta Havlovicová (Paralegals). BDO in the Czech Republic launched its law firm in the summer of 2020. BDO Legal focuses mainly on corporate law for mid-size companies. Its legal experts advise clients on matters ranging from company law, M&A, real estate and construction law, to finance and tax law, labour law and dispute resolution including insolvency.
