Two become one: merger of BDO and Moore Stephens Czech Republic

To prepare for the future, the BDO Group continues to reorganise its activities in the Czech Republic. With effect from 1 October 2019, all BDO Group audit firms in the Czech Republic have merged into one strong and integrated company, which also includes IT service partners. Next, with effect from 1 January 2020, companies currently operating under the Moore Stephens brand will become part of the BDO network.
The merger of the BDO Audit and IT Division in the Czech Republic with the Moore Stephens network will strengthen the position of BDO as the fifth largest consulting firm in the Czech market. With more than 450 professionals and revenues in excess of CZK 500 million, the BDO network strengthens its position as a leader in consulting for midsize companies. The integration of the network and closer collaboration of leading experts in each field covered by BDO will contribute to further increasing the quality of BDO's services and the expansion of the firm's offer.
