Martin has been involved in real estate valuation since 2008, when he joined the Frank Dyson Institute of Real Estate, where he studied real estate valuation. In 2012 he was appointed as an expert in economics, pricing and valuation, specialising in real estate valuation. He has been working at BDO Valuation as a real estate valuation expert since November 2021.
Martin is a graduate of the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Civil Engineering, where he majored in civil engineering, professional module of reconstruction and modernisation of buildings. In 2009, he became an authorised engineer in the field of civil engineering.
After his studies he joined the construction company Skanska as a foreman, then worked on the preparation of buildings and later as a construction manager. Since 2008 he has worked in a family construction company.
He speaks Czech and understands English.
